The barking usually doesn't last that long... 2-3 days. If your croupy little one is little (under 2), go to the doctor! When mine was 1, we had croup, went to the doctor and got steroids and it was the easiest illness. Croup can be very scary! Make sure they are breathing okay (steamy showers help)... Nighttime is the worst. During the day, they sometimes don't even look sick...
