Exercise!

Cool!

2 sets situps and twists
2 sets pushups and dips
5 min walk on treadmill
23 min good run
2 min cool down

It's not much, but it's a start! I am so hitting the hot tub tonight!

Awesome!!! How do you feel?

I'm wondering if you are OK? You mentioned a bad dx. from a dr., but didn't mention what it was. I'm not trying to intrude, just worried about you.

I bet you'll be sore tomorrow! 23 minutes is AWESOME for not working out for awhile.
