I tried to walk Saturday around the neighborhood - it felt GREAT, but boy did I pay for it Saturday night - every time I rolled over my back screamed at me...so I don't get to start working out like I had planned this week - I'm thinking maybe Thursday I'll try and goto the gym and just do the elliptical machine, since it's no-impact.
