AHHHHHH....
Just spoke with our project manager that is responsible for our neighborhood. We need someone to come fix the humidifier AGAIN...as it still isn't working...do I phrase it as "fix it again" when, in the previous FIVE visits, they've never gotten it working?
AND the yard is STILL a swamp...the project manager is coming out to "look" at it today...even though he's been out to "look" at it once a week since we've moved in...wouldn't want to accidentally "fix" it, now would we?
They are really starting to bug us...and I submitted a formal list of smaller things that needed to be fixed (at the project manager's request) and haven't heard a peep from them about those items. I'm stunned.
Morons.
